AFM20-F01C-6 AFM30-F02D-W AFM40-04B-8 AFM40-N02B-8AFM级是分离掉空气过滤器难以分离掉的0.3~5μm气状溶胶油粒子及大于0.3μm的锈末、碳粒。进气方式是内进外出。压缩空气从进口流入滤芯内侧,再流向外侧。进入纤维层的油粒子,依靠其运动惯性被拦截、并相互碰撞或粒子与多层纤维碰撞,被纤维吸附。更小的粒子因布朗运动被纤维吸收。且越往外,粒子逐渐增大而成为液态,凝聚在特殊的泡沫塑料层表面,在重力作用下流落至杯子底部再被排出。
