一、简介（Applications）
LDDZ2系列系通电工作单摩擦付型制动器，摩擦付为无石棉复合材料/钢。产品结构简单，制动延迟时间短，制动力矩大。适用于机械传动系统中需要制动或定位要求的场合。如精密机床、印刷机械、包装机械、试验设备及办公机械等传动系统中的制动及定位。
 LDDZ2 Brake are Singledisc brakes, friction disc non-asbestos lining/steel. Simple in construction, large in braking torque. They are widely used in printing machinesm packing machinesm testing machinesm etc., to realize the engaging and disengaging the driving shaft and driven shaft for the purpose of braking and positing.

四、安装（Installation）
安装注意事项 Warning
摩擦片及衔铁表面不得有油污，必须保持清洁；
Friction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
安装制动器必须保证同轴度不大于0.1mm；
The coaxial degree should not exceed 0.1mm.
与制动器配合的轴孔与轴精密度为H8/h7
Fit h7 is recommended so that the brake can be fitted easily and without demange on to the shaft.
制动器主、从动侧需固定，不允许有轴向窜动，同时必须保证工作气隙“δ”

Not allowed to move on axial direction. Airgap should be kept in “δ”.
