下图是SMC ARP系列直动式精密减压阀结构原理图。与普通减压阀的主要区别是有常泄式溢流孔。其稳压精度高,为0.001MPa。但存在微漏。有管式连接和模块式。
SMC ARP系列直动式精密减压阀使用注意
1)出口要压力不要过进口压力的90%。输出压力不得过设定压力的大值。
2)连接配管要充分吹洗。
3)空气的流动方向按箭头方向安装,不得装反。
4)使用塑料材质的减压阀,应避免阳光直射
