液压泵过度发热有两个原因,一是机械摩擦生热。由于运动表面处于干摩擦或半干摩擦状态,运动部件相互摩擦生热。二是液体摩擦生热。高压油通过各种缝隙泄漏到低压腔,大量的液压能损失转为热能。所以正确选择运动部件之间的间隙、油箱容积和冷却器,可以杜绝泵的过度发热和油温过高的现象。另外,回油过滤器堵塞造成回油背压过高,也会引起油温过高和泵体过热。CTR3-050/P3/GP1-0061/B00N

修复工艺如下:
1、表面处理:首先清洗和打磨,用脱脂棉蘸丙酮或无水乙醇将将划伤部位清洗干净后进行打磨。(若不先清洗而直接进行打磨,会使油污浸入缸体,造成粘接不牢,甚至脱落。打磨时先将挤伤部位高出基准面的部分打磨至基准面以下,以防止柱塞的再划伤,再用什锦锉将划伤沟槽内的油污、异物剔出,后用旋转锉将整个划伤面打毛。) 清洗和加温干燥,对已打磨好的划伤面用丙酮擦试干净。然后用热风机或碘钨灯将水分烤干,同时也对待修复表面进行预热,尤其在室温低于15℃的情况下,必须对待修复表面进行预热。

液压马达并联回路:两个液压马达通过各自的换向阀与调速阀控制,可同时运转与单独运转,可分别进行调速,并且可做到速度基本不变。不过用节流调速,功率损失较大,两马达有各自的工作压差,其转速取决于各自所通过的流量。
