(3) 在扩大可编程序控制器应用的同时，要在软件集成化上下功夫。针对不同的工业生产过程，形成具有我国特点的系统集成软件、人机界面软件和系统应用软件，在一些我国的工业行业中制造出具有核心技术的系统应用软件。真正形成具有国际标准的、可进行复制的模块化软件。
采取上述策略后，我国就能在可编程序控制器的应用上率先实现突破，融入全球一体化经济之中，形成具有知识产权的软件产业，进而研制、开发、生产出具有知识产权，能够参与国际竞争的可编程序控制器产品。笔者相信，随着我国国民经济的全面发展，随着整个民族工业的提高，这会很快到来。
