为使配油盘的接触应力尽可能减小和使缸体与配油盘之间保持液体摩擦,配油盘应有足够的支承面积。为此设置了辅助支承面,如下图中D5,D6。辅助支承面上开有宽度为B的通油槽,起卸荷作用。配油盘的支承面积F为,在工作过的配油盘表面常看到在高压区一侧有明显的偏磨现象,偏磨会使缸体与配油盘间摩擦损失增大,泄流增加,油温升高,油液粘性和润滑性下降,而影响到泵的寿命。缸体是一个复杂的受力体,造成偏磨的原因,除了可能有受力不平衡,使缸体发生倾倒。下面就缸体受到的主要力矩进行稳定性分析。#s19hms220
