MgO在原矿中含量就较高,选矿后在铬精矿中有较大起伏的下降,阐明大部分Mg以独自的矿藏存在于铬铁矿中,经选矿能与铬铁矿别离开来。而Al2O3却很多在铬精矿中富集,富集比高达5.8(其在原矿中含量仅为1.78%),标明Al元素很可能进入铬铁矿晶格,与铬元素呈类质同相存在,选用机械办法无法将其与铬别离开来。语6.1某贫铬铁矿中Cr2O3含量仅为8.19%。通过恰当工艺的选别,能够得到Cr2O3含量39%以上的合格产品,标明该贫铬铁矿是可选的。2选用摇床选别流程,在全粒级当选时可得到产率14.5%、档次38.53%、铬收回率67.4%的选别目标。分粒级当选时,可得到产率16.91%、档次36.9%、收回率73.97%的选别目标。归纳比较,全粒级当选目标相对稍好。全摇床流程的长处是分选精度高,缺陷是处理量小,所需设备台数多,占地面积大。3选用螺旋溜槽及强磁选工艺均可预先脱除43%以上的尾矿,为摇床精选发明条件,一起大大削减摇床设备台数及厂房占地面积。
