电能计量功能
CDM-2012多功能电力仪表数显表可实现高精度的四象限电能计量，计量的电能包括吸收有功电能、释放有功电能、感性无功电能、容性无功电能。
分时计费及*需量记录
具有复费率电能计量功能，复费率电能**多可分8个时段、4种费率（尖、峰、平、谷）来完成电能的分时计量，同时具有*需量记录功能*需量纪录及12个月电能统计，所有数据可通过通讯读取。
I/O模块
ABU-Z智能电力仪表提供了丰富的I/O接口。可提供多达8路数字量输入（DI）用于监视开关量输入的状态；4路继电器输出（DO）模块，用于实现断路器的远程控制、报警输出和脉冲电度输出等。
变送器输出
模拟量输出：*多可以提供2路4~20mA输出，模拟变送输出可选择将电网中常见的26个电量(UA、UB、UC、UAB、UBC、UCA、IA、IB、IC、
PA、PB、PC、P、QA、QB、QC、Q、SA、SB、SC、S、PFA、PFB、PFC、PF、F) 隔离变送输出为0~20mA或4~20mA的直流信号。
通讯模块
提供1路异步半双工RS485通讯接口，采用MODBUS-RTU协议，各种数据信息均可在通讯线路上传送。理论上在一条线路上可以同时连接多达128个仪表，每个仪表均可设定其通讯地址（Addr），通讯速率（buad）也可通过设置选择。
