电动机起动保护器是*近十多年才发展起来的一种*电子式多功能电动机综合保护测控装置。它集过（轻）载保护、缺相、过（欠）压、堵转、漏电、接地及三相不平衡保护等低压保护于一身，具有设定精度高、节电、动作灵敏、工作可靠等优点，是传统热继电器的理想替代产品。它通常是由电流采集元件、比较电路、单片机、或出口继电器等几个部分组成。

The on/off and protection parameters of the protection function are set by the professionals according to the needs, and will not be lost when the power is turned off.
"TE time protection" conforms to the national standard (GB3836.3-2000) and is suitable for increased safety explosion-proof motors.
Extra-large short-circuit current blocks the contactor's action function and issues a command to trip the molded case circuit breaker.
The "anti-sloshing" function ensures that the electric motor can guarantee uninterrupted production and operation when the power grid "shakes".
The "restart function" function ensures that the motor can be automatically restarted in batches when the power grid loses power for a short time.
4～20mA analog output can choose one of the corresponding motor operating parameters to achieve data upload.
The controller supports single/dual Modbus-RTU, single/dual Profibus-DP, DeviceNet and other standard fieldbus interfaces.
It has management functions such as current running/stop time of motor, accumulated running/stop time, accumulated failure times and operation times record. The input/output status of the switching value and the current operating status of the motor can be queried in real time.
It has the function of recording eight failure parameters (fault type, data and time) of the motor equipment, which is convenient for failure analysis.

接地保护
对于较长距离供电、中性点为大电流接地系统的低压电机近端发生单相接地时，MCCB瞬时脱扣器的保护灵敏度往往不够，为此本装置设置了接地保护功能。由装置内部计算出零序电流I0，当零序电流I0大于用户设定值门限时，装置根据用户设定的报警/跳闸方式动作，动作时间可在0—60秒(含1位小数)内由用户整定。
漏电保护
正常运行时，系统的剩余电流几乎为零或其值甚小，故漏电保护器动作值可以整定得很小。在系统发生绝缘损坏搭铁、接地等情况，则出现较大剩余电流，（整定电流为50mA到2000mA）漏电保护动作能可靠地动作而切断电源。当漏电电流大于用户设定值时，装置根据用户设定的报警/跳闸方式动作，动作时间可在0—60秒(含1位小数)内由用户整定。
不平衡保护
装置可设定电流不平衡度，当电流不平衡度实际计算值大于装置设定值时，装置根据用户设定的报警/跳闸方式动作，动作时间可在0—60秒(含1位小数)内由用户整定。

注意事项：
1.本产品为非防爆产品，不得在爆炸危险场所安装与接线。
2.当本产品用于增安型防爆电动机tE时间保护时，本产品的所有参数设置均应由*人员进行。
3.当本产品用于增安型防爆电动机tE时间保护时，被控制（保护）的增安型防爆电动机的额定电流IN不得过其规格型号所要求的*电流值。
4.当本产品用于增安型防爆电动机tE时间保护时，动作时间设置不得大于被控制（保护）的增安型防爆电动机tE时间（以该电动机铭牌数据为准）的1.7倍。
注： tE时间————交流绕组在*环境温度下达到额定运行稳定温度后，从开始通过启动电流时计起直到上升到极限温度所需时间（以增安型防爆电动机铭牌为准）
