一般情况下外球面轴承在运转中要注意以下三大事项。第检查运行中机器的状况,进行监测,以免造成设备停机。第如果SKF进口轴承润滑不足或过分润滑,润滑剂内含有杂志,负载过大,外球面轴承损坏,间隙不足,及油封产生的高温摩擦等等。高温经常表示轴承已处于异常情况.高温也有害于在轴承内的润滑剂。有时轴承过热可归咎于轴承的润滑剂.若轴承在过125摄氏度的温度长期运转,会降低轴承寿命。第在打开轴承箱时,检查SKF进口轴承并且定期性检查油封。主轴承温度过高,产生点蚀或熔化现象,可能由以下原因造成:1)润滑油中断或油量不足若发现断油时,应立即停止给料给水,打开轴承上观察孔盖,用手试探着(注意防止把手烫伤)接近中空轴颈,检查轴承温度。如果轴承尚未过热,可停车处理油路故障;如果轴承温度已相当高,手靠近中空轴劲感到烘烫、冒烟时,切忌停车,要从轴承上用人工浇油冷却,直至轴承温度恢复正常后才能停车。如果未采取降温措施就停车,不但不能避免轴承烧毁,而且将发生中空轴与大瓦抱死的严重事故。润滑油过稠或过稀消除办法:可重新选润滑油型号;停止使用冷却水或用电阻加热。油变质应清洗轴承及过油部位,更换润滑油。大瓦研刮的不符合要求应重新研刮大瓦,使其符合技术要求。落入矿砂、铁屑等杂物,伤害轴承表面,使其表面产生斑痕、拉槽消除办法:清洗轴承,修理轴承和轴颈。若熔化面积大,则用焊枪熔轴承或重新浇铸巴氏合金;更换润滑油。润滑油中带水水能阻止油膜形成,在没有油膜的局部点上会产生裂痕,发生点蚀。

为此,向荣老先生专门开发了一种除油液过滤机,通过过滤,不但可提高除油效果,而且能大大延长除油液的使用寿命。化学镀是一种自催化还原工艺。当镀液中有细小固体微粒时,则成为催化还原中心,镀液中的本含量就不高的主盐金属离子,不是在工件上而是在这些微粒上很快还原而消耗掉,镀液会很快失效而报废。只有及时通过过滤去除这些微粒,才能保证或延长化学镀液的使用寿命。少镀液故障,提高镀层质量即使在电镀溶液中处于悬浮状的固体微粒,通过扩散、对流、电泳等作用到达阴极表面与镀层共沉积或附着在镀层表面,也会出现不少故障,造成返工甚至工件报废。
