timken轴承的滚道声及其控制方法滚道声是当外球面轴承运转时,其滚动体在滚道面上滚动而发出的一种滑溜连续的声音,是所有轴承都会发生的特有的基本声。一般的轴承声即是滚道声加上其他声音。球轴承的滚道声是不规则的,频率在1Hz以上,它的主频率不随转速而变化,但其声压级随转速的加快而增加。滚道声大的轴承,其滚道声的声压级随粘度的增加而减少;而滚道声小的timken轴承,其声压级在粘度增大至约2mm2/s以上时,由减少而转为有所增大。

两种方法均易出现裂纹、硬点,焊补后不容易进行机械加工。焊条价格便宜。用镍基铸铁焊条Z38焊条焊补,焊层与焊层之间应停顿冷却至6℃以下,焊补区少气孔、裂纹产生,机械加工性良好,结合强度高、无脱落现象,由于机床导轨加工后吸油及焊条吹力的影响,易产生咬边、形成焊补痕迹,焊补区颜色与母材有很大区别,而且焊条价格昂贵。从分析的结果就可以得出:传统焊补工艺不能解决机床导轨缺陷修复的根本原因是统的喷焊、电弧焊工艺,焊补后易产生裂纹,工件易受热变形,容易出现二次气孔,焊补处金属颜色与母材差异大是其共同的特点。
