推理机只负责诊断推理,测试则由测试系统完成。与传统的诊断和测试融合在一起不同,诊断模块(IEEE1232推理机)在不同测试系统间是可互换的。在故障树分析时,依照IEEE1232标准生成可交换的诊断信息文件,诊断知识将在不同测试系统间共享。通过严格按标准实施推理机的通信接口,就可以实现诊断模块的移植,达到测试与诊断的分离。参考IEEE1232标准,TestCenter开发了故障诊断子系统,如所示,TestCenter故障诊断由三部分组成:诊断模型制作器、诊断推理机和诊断程序。

如果采用CCD或是CMOS,需要加上y(A)滤光镜校正,采用数码相机,则主要是对数码相机相应的像素进行校正。入射至CCD.CMOS或数码相机的光柱在感光器件上形成光斑,CCD.CMOS或数码相机内部的设定程序会用事先好的公式对多幅光斑图像进行测算,推算出LED发出的光在空间分布的色度。亮度数据,LED也通过步进马达控制,可以完成±5℃和±10℃偏转,从而得到不同偏转角度的光斑,从而可以对LED中心光强的分布进行修正。
