密封分析:
电磁阀入口密封方式,入口阀板由密封套和卸力阀
板组成为主密封闸板。密封套与卸力阀板同步移动
套将管道中输送的液体与阀芯内的部件隔离,免受
液体的腐蚀和杂质的阻塞。此阀的密封材料更换非
但又不相连,管道压力通过卸力阀板、调平力臂传
封材料在启闭过程中,与阀座保持有一定的距离,
使软密封材料在无磨擦无折压的环境中工作。密封
递给出口面的阀座,这样将大幅度的提高软密封面
的结合力。阀板外面套有耐腐蚀橡胶密封套。软密
常方便,所以使用寿命是一般闸阀的5倍以上。

故障分析:
电磁阀在通电一段时间后,出现吸力不足,这个情
量小于产生的热量,从而导致电磁阀线圈温度不停
的升高,温度升高导致电阻增高,电流下降,吸力
况多见于高温工况,为什么呢?因为介质温度过高,
加上线圈通电自身的发热,单位时间内散失的热
下降,所以说这种情况的核心影响因素是电流,电
流下降了。
