HP4532型触发换向式无气喷涂机，是我司*开发*的具有国内*水平的气动式无气喷涂机。该机采用了 “气缸密封圈滚动运行”和“气缸低温润滑”新技术。攻克了以往气动式无气喷涂机普遍存在的“死机”（停机）、“冰堵”和涂料“窜缸”的普遍性难题，技术性能非常*，特点突出。
1、采用了气动往复泵触发换向装置，该装置是一个依靠活塞运动去顶动触发锁销装置，实现强制换向的机械换向阀。一触即发，永不“死机”。
2、采用分体式双作用增压泵，该泵气动马达与涂料柱塞泵采用分体外连式结构，两泵体间装上润滑油杯，活塞杆得到了良好的润滑，高压涂料被有效阻断，绝不“窜缸”。拆卸、维护、保养非常方便。
3、采用“气缸密封圈滚动运行”和“气缸低温润滑”新技术。密封圈使用寿命长，低温运行性能好，不“冰堵”。
4、该机不仅压力高、排量大，而且体积小、重量轻。

1.喷涂压力不足。——增加涂料压力。
2.涂料无法完全雾化。——更换小一号喷嘴。
3.涂料流速不够。——清洗喷枪及设备密封圈。
4.涂料粘度过高。——降低涂料粘度。
5.喷嘴破损。——更换喷嘴。
喷幅不均匀可能原因及解决方案：喷嘴过大。——更换喷嘴。
中间太厚可能原因及解决方案：喷嘴有缺口。——更换喷嘴。
喷幅歪一边可能原因及解决方案：喷嘴堵塞或磨损。——更换或清洗喷嘴。
喷幅忽大忽小可能原因及解决方案：
1.吸料管渗漏。——检查并旋紧。
2.使用涂料管不正确。——使用正确涂料管。
3.喷嘴太大或磨损。——更换喷嘴。
