在调节开启压力时,下列几点应加以注意:当介质压力接近开启压力(达到开启压力的9%以上)时,不应旋转调整螺杆,以免阀瓣跟着旋转,而损伤密封面。为保证开启压力值准确,调整时用的介质条件,如介质种类、介质温度,应尽可能接近实际工作条件。介质种类改变,特别是从液相变为气相时,开启压力常有所变化。工作温度提高时,开启压力则有所降低。故在常温下调整而用于高温时,常温下的整定压力值应略大于要球的压力值。排放压力和回座压力的调整开启压力调整好以后,若排放压力或回座压力不符合要求,则可以利用阀座上的调节圈来进行调整。
