本温度控制系统实现对如图所示的实验水箱进行恒温控制,采用PID闭环控制方式。通过电磁阀SV1控制一路冷水进、SV2控制一路热水出,以加快水箱温度的变化;搅拌电机M使水箱中水的温度保持均匀,保证铂电阻TS测温的准确;加热器H用来加热水温,其工作功率受PID调节,具体地受双向晶闸管的调节。当水箱设备确定后,PID参数主要受进出水流量、水箱水温设定控制温度、室温等因素影响。
