一般He的灵敏度高；空气：好是选钢瓶空气，无油；：要求纯度99.999%。另外需要注意的是使用FTD时，不能使用含氰基固定液的色谱柱，比如OV-171。火焰光度检测器（FPD）FPD使用注意事项：FPD也是使用氢火焰，故安全问题与FID相同；顶部温度开关常开（25℃）；FPD的、空气和尾吹气流量与FID不同，一般为6～8ml/min，空气为1～12ml/min，而尾吹气和柱流量之和为2～25ml/min。
