异氰酸酯异氰酸酯是PU的基本原料,种类繁多,但*常用是TDI和MDI,它们对有严重危害,主要是在作业环境中的散发和制品中的残留物的散发,被吸入体内或是接触皮肤、黏膜造成伤害。由于异氰酸酯在PU生产中尚不可替代,只能采取适当的安全和环保措施,主要是:1.制订严格的环保标准,采取有效的措施(,尽量减少敞开操作环节,防止泄漏,有效的通风,现场环境中异氰酸酯含量的检测和警示,作业人员的职业防护措施等),使异氰酸酯在作业环境中的散发量被限制在一个相对较低的水平。
