一般的电热(鼓风)干燥箱均设有温度均匀度参数：自然对流式的干燥箱为工作温度上限乘3%，强制对流式的干燥箱为工作温度上限乘2.5%。惟独电热真空干燥箱不设温度均匀度参数，这是为什么？真空干燥箱内依靠气体分子运动使工作室温度达到均匀的可能性几乎已经没有了。从概念上我们就不能再把通常电热(鼓风)干燥箱所规定的温度均匀度定义用到真空干燥箱上来。在真空状态下设这个指标也是没有意义的。热辐射的量与距离的平方成反比。
