烟气条件的多因素特点上面九类基本上包括了常见的各种工艺流程的余热烟气。在实际工作中，烟气条件诸因素往往不是单独地存在的，而是经常会见到一些多因素的烟气。多因素烟气条件有下列几种类型；主、次之分，即某一因素为控制炉型选择的决定性因素，称为主因素；其他因素皆称之为次因素。这种烟气称为多因素烟气。如果次因素对炉型选择产生与主因素的作用类似，则其作用往往可忽略，或者在选择具体参数时作一定的参考。
