介绍:
过滤减压阀的工作原理可分为过滤与减压两个阶段。过滤阶段通过内置的滤芯拦截压缩空气中的固过位移调整阀口开度,使输出压力维持在设定值附近。该设备的核心体颗粒、油滴及水分,滤芯材质通常为烧结金属或高分子纤维,过滤精度可达5-40微米。减压阶段则通过调节弹簧力与进气压力的平衡,控制输出压力的稳定性。当进气压力波动时,减压阀内部的膜片或活塞会通结构包更换;减压组件包含弹簧、膜片及调压手柄,用户可通过旋转手柄设括阀体、滤芯、减压组件、压力表及连接端口。阀体多采用碳钢或不锈钢材质,以适应不同介质的腐蚀性;滤芯为可拆卸设计,便于定期定输出压力;压力表则实时显示当前气压值,为操作提供参考。
