CSJ16 Drillhole Meters for Depth and Obliquity Measurement

CSJ16 Drillhole Meters are microprocessor-d instruments which combine a high degree of fuctionality and reliability.CSJ16 is CSJ10 upgrading equipment, used in mining and tunneling engineering measurement of deep hole (φ60 ~ 110 mm) hole depth, tilt angle and temperature。Operator makes use of extension rods to extend probe to be close to drillhole and measure depth and obliquity of the drillhole.

The principle for measuring depth is d upon echo ranging technique. The acceleration sensor is used to measure obliquity., temperature measurement using temperature sensors, and micro controller as the core parts of the instrument has many intelligent functions: such as the acoustic echo received d on distance function of gain control and automatic gain control; the position display to obsteuctions and fissures in the drillhole, so that recognition of the hole bottom in multiple echos; Users can adjust transmitted strength and acoustic emission frequency according to the geologic conditions of cannon hole rock, in order to more accurately find hole depth measuring value; According to the actual temperature of the air velocity affects the hole depth measuring value correction; Tangent function for the signals from the angle sensors is calculated, as well as to correct zero installation deviatione, etc.

the main improving of CSJ16 relative to CSJ10 is: (1) Improves the correct probability of measuring depth by intelligent recognition method to eliminate the affect of secondary acoustic echo or multiple echos; (2)Increasing the receiving sensitivity, so as to improve of the correct probability of measuring broken hole and to measure larger or deeper holes (3) To extend working time of battery .

CSJ10D has serial communication to computer,so that the holes data measured by the meter be able to readout on panel but also.make tab and print.
