LPV-5040 为太阳能光伏的全功能耐压测试仪，具备量测功能包含直流耐压 (DCW)、直流接地阻抗 (DC GB)、绝缘组抗 (IR)，符合太阳能国际法规IEC 61730, IEC 61215, IEC 62804 和 UL1703 的所有测试规范。
太阳能面板的系统电压市场趋势已从1,000Vdc提升至1,500Vdc。由于产业规格的演进，法规规范耐压测试值将提升至8,000Vdc,TUV ，UL实验室使用电压到 10800v，满足太阳能组件，逆变器，电池盒 ，检测单位等太阳能行业各种标准的的应用。
系统内建PLC、RS-232、GPIB等通讯接口，支持远程系统控制与数据收集。并可搭配测试软件，链接客户端MES系统，经由计算机监控所有测试程序与结果。
