三乙胺含量测定气相色谱仪

Triethylamine is an important chemical raw materials, mainly used for drugs, polymerization inhibitor, preservatives, pesticides and industrial solvents, the market price of more than 15,000 yuan / t. In the production of molecular sieves such as SAPO-5, SAPO-34 and ZSM-12, triethylamine is one of the main components of raw material cost.
The qualitative analysis of triethylamine and impurity content was carried out by GC-EAM gas chromatograph, and the impurity types of triethylamine were determined. The target components were established for the establishment of gas chromatographic analysis method. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the three groups were less than 1.8% and the recoveries were between 98.5% and 103.0%, indicating the precision of the method. The precision of the method was quantitatively determined by the calibration area normalization method. And good accuracy, and has a fast, reliable features.
