泵的零件用不锈钢板压制，经激光焊接而成，并有多种牌号的不锈钢可供选用，因而单级离心泵的用途十分广泛，主要适用于输送各种洁净水及轻腐蚀液体。
主要特点：
轴承选用国际轴承，运行平稳。
轴封选用BURGMANN机械密封或填料密封。能保证8000小时运行无泄漏。
安装形式 装配时不需调整，可根据现场使用条件。分立式或卧式安装。
加装自吸装置，可实现自动吸水，即不需安装底阀，不需真空泵，不需倒灌，泵可以启动。

1、每运转500小时，应松开密封座上螺塞，用注射器抽出腔内残余机油；向密封腔内加注合格的20号机械油至腔内一半的容积（加机油量合适的检查方法：运行油泵，机油不向外冒出即可）；螺塞拧紧一方泄露现象发生。
2、发现电机机械噪音加大和轴承处温升异常时，应检查电机轴承润滑情况。如润滑脂变色、变脏应及时更换。
3、当发现密封座有漏油现象时，可以松开密封座上螺塞，运行油泵，有油向外冒出并有航空油料味道时即可判定：机械密封失效。定制使用该管道泵以便快速更换机械密封。
4、更换失效的机械密封的方法： 1）准备好放置泵零件的工作台（地面）及拆装工具，切勿任意乱放乱用， 以免碰坏泵零部件。 2）拆前确认电机处于检修状态，拧下加油螺塞，用吸管把密封座腔内的润 滑油吸出。 3）拆对分式联轴器；先把联轴器的固定内六角螺钉拧下，在轻轻把联轴器 的一半从轴上慢慢拉下（注意不要掉下来）。用梅花扳手拧下泵轴吊紧螺栓和挡块，让叶轮慢慢下沉至泵体，拆下另一半联轴器，拿下泵轴挡圈。 4）拆密封座：拧下密封座压紧螺母，轻轻卸下密封座（注意：不要弄破座 上橡胶油封）并清洗。 5）拆卸并清洗轴承座：先轻轻松动一下轴承座后用拆卸螺栓顶起轴承座， 并沿着泵轴往上提而卸下：用喷气燃料清洗轴承及座装前晾干并涂少许20号机械有润滑保护。 6）拆卸机械密封：抓住密封弹簧顺着泵轴往上提，就能拆卸。 7）接卸密封配置：在动、静环境面上涂一层洁净的20号润滑油：导轴承座 抹上润滑油，先把静环轻轻定位装入导轴承座;再在泵轴上抹上润滑油，把机械密封的动环部分轻轻装入泵轴上，用手轻推密封环应能伸缩自如（注意动、静环部分的防转部位需装配到位）。
