Although we are open from 9:00 to 5:30, Monday to Friday, our service representative has been monitoring our calls. A few hours later, the voice message system answers your call and notifies the appropriate service representative.

Do you need emergency services?

Please call (021) -51860957 to reach our emergency service hotline. When our voice service line goes back after our business hours, tell us:

· Phone number

· The location of the problem

· What is the problem

· your phone number

Please leave your phone number twice so we can get it. Once the information is completed and hung up, the service representative will respond to you within 15 minutes.

Do you need to schedule a non-urgent appointment?

If you need a pump service but can wait a day or two, please call us anytime during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9: 00-5: 30 am). You can also open a service ticket here and schedule service between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We need to know the following:

· Phone number, we can arrive

· The address of the job

· A detailed deion of the problem

The service representative will contact you over the phone within 24 business hours of receiving the service ticket.
