工艺流程简介
催化裂化装置及焦化来的含硫量较高的液态烃经液态烃原料泵送入胺脱硫塔、胺液沉降塔下部自下而上脱除液态烃中的大部分硫化氢,脱除大部分硫化氢的液态烃经过一、二级碱洗罐,水洗罐,沉降脱水罐等过程后得到精制液态烃,精制液态烃送到脱丙烷塔进料罐中经脱丙烷塔进料换热器与塔底碳四换热后,再经进料加热器与热水换热后进入脱丙烷塔,塔底碳四馏份靠自压经过换热后,通过冷却器冷却到40℃左右送去球罐。脱丙烷塔顶碳三馏份经塔顶空冷器和后冷却器冷凝冷却到40℃进入脱丙烷塔顶回流罐,一部分用抽出作脱丙烷塔回流,另一部分向脱乙烷塔进料。脱乙烷塔塔顶产物经冷凝冷却器冷凝冷却至30~35℃,进入脱乙烷塔回流罐,塔底馏份靠压差自压进入丙烯分馏塔Ⅰ,塔底丙烷馏份送到销售车间丙烷罐。丙烯分馏塔Ⅰ顶馏份进入丙烯分馏塔Ⅱ底部,丙烯分馏塔Ⅱ塔底馏出液经丙烯分馏塔Ⅰ顶回流泵抽出作为丙烯分馏塔Ⅰ顶回流,塔顶馏份进入塔顶回流罐,一部分经塔顶回流泵抽出作为塔顶回流,回流比为8~18,另一部分去乙烯厂聚丙烯装置。从丙烯分馏塔Ⅱ侧线抽出一部分纯度约98%的丙烯,经过丙烯冷却器冷却后,送到聚丙烯厂。气分装置整体流程图如图1所示:
