我们要确保气动隔膜泵始终处于良好的运行或备用状态，因此所有大厦安装的生活气动隔膜泵，消防泵、喷淋泵、补压泵、排污泵、空调气动隔膜泵，应当由管理处维修人员负责气动隔膜泵定期保养。
一、生活气动隔膜泵和空调气动隔膜泵每周进行一次日常检查保养，每半年进行一次全面保养。 二、消防气动隔膜泵和喷洒泵每一个月、补压泵每二月进行一次试运行，运行时间10-15分钟，消防泵起动时在管网顶部试消火栓出口喷水射程达6M以上，每半年进行一次全面保养。

3、检查盘根密封情况，若有漏水应增加或更换石棉绳填料。 4、联轴器的联接螺栓和橡胶垫若有损坏应予更换。 5、紧固机座螺丝并做防锈处理。
6、生活气气动隔膜泵和空调气动隔膜泵因运转频繁，每年应拆开联轴器两端轴承进行清或更换。 六、电机的保养
1、外观检查应整洁，铭牌完好，接地线连接良好。
2、拆开电机接线盒内的导线连接片，用500V兆欧表测试电机绕组相与相、相对地间的绝缘电阻值应不低于0.5兆欧。
3、电机接线盒内三相导线及连接片应牢固紧密。 七、相关阀门、管道及附件的保养
1、各个阀门的开关应灵活可靠，内外无渗漏。 2、单向阀动作应灵活，阀体内外无漏水。 3、压力表指示准确，表盘清晰。
4、管道及各附件外表整洁美观、无裂纹，油漆应完整无脱落。
