6、电机拆卸：
拧下放水螺塞将水放净，拆下联接座，取下甩砂器，将电机横放在木架上，依次拆下：底座——止推轴承——推力盘——下导轴承座——取出转子——上导承轴座。
7、电泵机组装配：
清除铁锈、油泥、污垢、电机和水泵分别装好键、用联轴器将电机与水泵连接。上好顶丝，将进水节与联接座结合面上涂上黄油并用螺栓连接。将引线与电缆相接。
8、电机的装配次序：
定子组装----下导轴承座组装----推力盘----左扣螺母----止推轴承组装----底座组装----上导轴承座组装----骨架油封----甩砂器----联接座。调正调整螺栓使电机轴伸符合规定要求。然后上好调压膜及盖。
9、水泵的装配
将轴和进水节固定在定位座上，用拆装筒将叶轮，锥形套固定在轴上，再装导流壳，叶轮……这样依次装完，后安装上导流壳逆止阀体。
10、电泵的保存：
电泵存放时，首先放净电机内腔的清水，擦干表面，轴伸涂上黄油，将电缆包扎好，存放地应无尘，无腐蚀性物质，室温不低于0℃不高于20℃。

8, the assembly order of the motor:

9, the assembly of the pump

10, electric pump storage:
