塑料泵为水泵家族成员,该泵具有耐腐、耐磨、耐高温、不老化、机械强度高、运转平稳、结构合理、密封性能严格可靠、拆卸检修方便、使用寿命长等优点。现在就来介绍下塑料泵的日常维护及保养方法。
塑料泵日常维护及保养方法
(1)检查工程塑料泵管路及结合处有无松动现象。用手转动工程塑料泵,试看工程塑料泵是否灵活。
(2)向轴承体内加入轴承润滑机油,观察油位应在油标的中心线处,润滑油应及时更换或补充。
(3)拧下工程塑料泵泵体的引水螺塞,灌注引水(或引浆)。
(4)关好出水管路的闸阀和出口压力表及进口真空表。
(5)点动电机,试看电机转向是否正确。
(6)开动电机,当工程塑料泵正常运转后,打开出口压力表和进口真空泵视其显示出适当压力后,逐渐打开闸阀,同时检查电机负荷情况。
(7)尽量控制工程塑料泵的流量和扬程在标牌上注明的范围内,以保证工程塑料泵在高效率点运转,才能获得大的节能效果。
(8)工程塑料泵在运行过程中,轴承温度不能过环境温度35C,高温度不得过80C?。
(9)如发现工程塑料泵有异常声音应立即停车检查原因。
(10)正奥工程塑料泵要停止使用时,先关闭闸阀、压力表,然后停止电机。
(11)工程塑料泵在工作个月内,经100小时更换润滑油,以后每个500小时,换油一次。
(12)经常调整工程塑料泵填料压盖,保证填料室内的滴漏情况正常(以成滴漏出为宜)。
(13)定期检查工程塑料泵轴套的磨损情况,磨损较大后应及时更换。
(14)工程塑料泵在寒冬季节使用时,停车后,需将泵体下部放水螺塞拧开将介质放净,防止冻裂。
(15)工程塑料泵长期停用,需将泵全部拆开,擦干水分,将转动部位及结合处涂以油脂装好,妥善保。

氟料泵顾名思义就是内衬氟塑料的泵,按照其结构形式一般可分为:衬氟离心泵、衬氟磁力泵、衬氟自吸泵。 衬氟泵泵体采用的生产工艺以金属外壳紧衬氟塑料(F46、F4等)制造,泵的承重部分为金属材料具有机械强度高、耐压性强、抗机械冲击力优越等优点;主要过流部件叶轮、 泵盖等均采用金属嵌件外包氟塑料一次性高温模压而成。在-20℃~150℃温度条件下长期输送任意浓度的硫酸、盐酸、氢氟酸、硝酸、王水、强碱、强氧化剂等强腐蚀介质而毫不受损。
主要特点:
以F4为代表的氟塑料具有一系列优良的使用特性,耐高温长期使用温度达160℃。耐低温在-100℃以下仍柔软,耐腐蚀能耐王水和一切切有机溶剂。
一:目前国内生产的内衬氟塑料型耐腐蚀泵(大型泵)如:IHF氟塑料驱动大型磁力泵内衬材、FSB氟塑料离心泵、FZB氟塑料自吸泵及衬氟钢管等质均为聚全氟代乙丙烯(FEP,简称F46)内衬F46泵及具有优良的耐腐蚀性和良好的刚性,并能耐冲击、耐振动和耐扭曲,已广泛地应用在石油、化工工业中输送腐蚀性液体和气体。可在下列条件下使用:温度-80℃~+160℃,压力≤16公斤/厘米2,真空范围(瞬时,常温)400mmHg柱。在使用过程中,显出了它特有的性能。
应用及效益例举如下:
(1)使用性能和耐腐蚀性能优于酚醛胶泥、搪瓷制品,衬玻璃制品和不锈钢等材料。尤其是使用在强氧化剂存在的场合,使用寿命较上述材料可提高一至数倍,特别指出,它们能经受醚类介质的渗透腐蚀。
(2)能经得起各种腐蚀介质的考验。在已使用过程的介质中,有溴、苯、甲醛、盐酸、盐酸盐、50%硫酸、12%NaSCN、HSCN、异丙醚、22%NaOH、氯苯水,对苯磺酸、99.5%氯气、95~90%叔丁基次氯酸盐、0.51%游离氯、11~12%氯丙醇水溶液(PH=2~3)、氯丙醇、氯丙酮BB一二氯异丙醚、二氯丙烷、苯、次氯酸、CCL4等。
(3)在各种腐蚀性介质同时存在的情况下,即使160℃左右也可使用。例如,666氯化液中含有苯()、次氯酸、盐酸等各种腐蚀介质,既有强有机溶剂,又有强的氧化性介质,还有强酸等,除F46,F4以外,难找到一种合适的材料能同时耐这些介质交替或同时腐蚀。
(4)使用后有明显的经济效果。
二目前国内生产的全氟(氟塑料合金)型耐腐蚀泵(小型泵)如:CQF氟塑料驱动小型磁力泵,FSB氟塑料离心泵等及其他泵叶轮等配件所用材质均为上海中科材料--氟塑料合金(F4与F46及少量添加剂按一定比例混合加工而成)。
氟塑料合金具有无可比拟的耐腐蚀性和机械强度耐冲击、耐振动、耐扭曲及无毒素分解。

The

(2) Add bearing lubrication oil to the bearing body. Observe that the oil level should be at the centerline of the oil standard. Lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time.

(3) Unscrew the diversion plug of the engineering plastic pump body and infuse diversion (or lead).

(4) Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and import vacuum gauge of the outlet pipe.

(5) Jog the motor to see if the motor steering is correct.

(6) Start the motor. When the engineering plastic pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump, as it shows the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the load condition of the motor.
The
(7) Try to control the flow and head of the engineering plastic pump within the range indicated on the signboard to ensure that the engineering plastic pump operates at the highest efficiency point to obtain the maximum energy-saving effect.
The
(8) During the operation of the engineering plastic pump, the bearing temperature must not exceed the ambient temperature 35C, and the maximum temperature must not exceed 80C.
The
(9) If it is found that the engineering plastic pump has abnormal sound, stop it immediately to check the cause.
The
(10) When the Zhengao Plastics Pump is to be stopped, close the gate valve and pressure gauge first and then stop the motor.
The
(11) In the first month of working, the engineering plastics pump will be replaced with lubricating oil after 100 hours. After each 500 hours, the oil will be changed once.

(12) Regularly adjust the engineering plastic pump packing glands to ensure that the dripping condition in the packing chamber is normal (in case of drip leakage).
