（由砝码来定扭矩或通过输入的参数由力矩传感器来定扭矩两种方法）

拖曳力矩与压紧后松开的行程之间的曲线，

检测范围：Φ170-Φ430。

3，产品介绍Brief Introduction

　　本产品主要适用于从动盘总成的自由行程与拖曳力矩试验，可以进行汽车离合器从动盘的厚度、分离拖曳力矩和分离拖曳行程的检测。

　　本设备主要由显示控制系统、位移传感机构、压力传感机构、拖曳力矩驱动采集机构、左右工装及花键和压力驱动机构组成。设备结构紧凑，布局合理，便于操作。

　　系统软件采用Microsoft公司Windows操作系统，编程工具为Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0，中文界面，产品数据库可由用户任意修改扩充，数据实时预览，自动存储，可随时查询和打印。内置标准格式试验报告模板，自动生成试验报告。还可根据需要驳接条码打印机或喷码机，直接在产品上进行标识，利于质量追溯。

The equipment is suitable to test release travel and towing torque and do experiments for the thickness of clutch driven plate towing torque and towing travel when it is separated.

We adopt industrial computer as the core of the hardware as for the software the system adopts Microsoft Windows operating system Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 programming tool Chinese interface and it is easy to operate.

The products data can be revised and expanded by users. The data not only can be previewed but also can be typed and stored a standard experiment report template is put inside and experiment reports are produced automatically.
