　　吸收法国VALEO公司同类产品技术，开发研制，体积小巧，操作简便，可兼做推式与拉式汽车离合器盖及压盘总成；多工位夹具，适应范围广，夹具调整简便，劳动强度低。

Absorbed similar product's technology of VALEO company in France then developed independently. The equipment is small-sized and easy to operate. It can test pushable clutch cover/pressure plate assembly as well as pull ones. There are clamps can be used in several working locations. They are widely applied and it is simple and convenient to adjust so the labour intensity is very low.

 

完全开放的产品参数库，用户可自行设定任意规格产品，

只需配备极少量夹具即可进行检测，

控制系统硬件以工控机为核心，

软件部分采用Microsoft公司Windows操作系统，

编程工具为Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0，

中文界面，

产品数据库可由用户任意修改扩充，

数据实时预览，

能够打印和储存，

内置标准格式试验报告模板，自动生成试验报告，

还可根据需要驳接条码打印机或喷码机，直接在产品上进行标识，利于质量追溯。

Totally open data user can establish product of any specification by requirement and it is only need to allocate a small amount of damps to carry on testing. The measured results can be showed and typed by parameter form and graphical method. Measured results can be saved using for stat and read in the future. The equipment also can connect a bar code printer or a jet printer according to the need carrying on idetifications on the products directly so it's easy for quality tracing the future.
