Comprehensive performance checking machine effectively for clutch pressure plate assembly in the product line. It is the same with double function push clutch pressure plate assembly. Open table-board six pressure fingers which can auto stretch out and draw back by preumatic and fluid drive. Clutch dimension applicable:Φ200-Φ330. Efficiency:1 times/min ( four features by once testing). Parts of accuracy & technical parameter can be accorded to user's requirement.

理想从动盘厚度下整个分离过程中分离行程和分离力与其压盘升程的变化曲线
从动盘磨损到极限时的分离特性(包括:磨损点的压紧力、分离力、大分离力、压盘平行度、压盘升程、分离指高度)
主压盘(靠近飞软端压盘)的负荷特性(进程和回程工作点、峰值点、磨损点和谷点的压紧力)
碟形弹簧的负荷特性
