2,主要功能Main Function

本机采用步进电机、三轴连动,自动控制钻孔位置及锪孔位置和深度,加工精度高,劳动强度

机床控制系统硬件以工控机为核心,软件部分,系统采用Microsoft公司Windows操作系统,编程工具为Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0,中文界面,产品数据自动储存,还可根据需要驳接打印机,添加数据和报表打印功能。

 

机床的主要结构和功能:

本机主轴由电动机驱动,主轴转速1400r/min,功率0.37KW

主机主轴升降由步进电机1控制,步进电机1驱动丝杆螺母副来实现。该机构主要控制锪孔深度。

摩擦片的钻孔位置,由步进电机2和步进电机3联动实现。其中,步进电机2通过变速箱变速后,控制摩擦片的旋转角度。步进电机3控制工作台的前进与后退。

 

机床特点:特别适用于小批量生产和新产品试制。

The data not only can be previewed but also can be typed and stored a standard experiment report template is put inside experiment reports are produced automatically.

The main shaft of the machine realizes to rise and fall through footing electrical machinery's controlling and footing electrical machinery 1's driving to level vice-spiral. the structure mainly controls countersink's depth. Frictional slicing drilling position accomplishes through gearing of footing electrical machinery 2 and footing electrical machinery 3. During those footing electrical machinery 3 controls the working table to go ahead and back after footing electrical machinery 2 controls the revolving angle of frictional slicing through changing speed of gear book.
