2，主要功能Main Function

从动盘轴向压缩力和位移曲线检测；

一定载荷下的从动盘厚度检测；

一定载荷下从动盘的厚度差（平行度）检测；

　　该设备由齿轮减速电机提供动力，压紧从动盘总成，同时荷重传感器和三个位移传感器分别测量压紧力F与轴向压缩量δ，直到达到规定的压紧力，然后松开从动盘总成，计算机输出压紧力F与轴向压缩量的关系曲线，即轴向压缩特性，同时，三个位移传感器的差值，计算出从动盘总成平行度和压紧厚度。

This machine's power is supplied by gear down electromotor. It impacts the driven plate assembly measuring the clamping load F and compression δ by four transducers at the same time. It relaxes slowly for driven plate until the pressure reaches the prescribed clamping load. The curves of the clamping load F and compression δ output from the computer. Compute the clutch driven plate assembly thickness and parallelism with the dispersion of these three transducers.
