概述：

测试原理：
以不加张力的单层土工布及其有关产品试样作为筛网，在规定的振动频率和振幅下，对试样及级配颗粒材料进行喷水，使颗粒级配材料通过试样。以通过的颗粒材料和特定粒径表示试样有效孔径。
1、取出夹持器6，将试样平整无强力地平铺在支承网栅18上，然后用夹持器将之压紧，试样应保持水平。
2、将按标准选取的颗粒材料均匀地撒在试样上。
3、接通电源，打开电源开关15。
4、在计时器17上设置振动时间（按GB/T17634-1998标准可设置为600秒，本仪器计时器具两档计时功能，分别可设置范围为0～99.99s和0～99分59s）。
5、进水口14外接稳压水源，将莲蓬头10放置透明罩8内，盖上防溅盖，并扣上夹扣7，打开流量调节阀13，对试样进行喷水。
6、按下启动键16，开始测试。
7、通过试样的颗粒从收集槽3流出，将之收集。
8、到达设定时间后，使仪器停止振动。
9、收集未通过的颗粒材料与试样。
10、测试结果按GB/T17634-1998标准处理。
11、仪器结束后，关闭电源，并清洁仪器。
