1. 工作前准备-LB-70C自动烟尘烟气分析仪
1.1. 滤筒前处理和称重
用铅笔将滤筒编号,在105~110℃ 烘箱内烘烤1小时,取出放入干燥器中冷却至室温。用感量0.1mg天平称量,两次重量之差不过0.5mg,放入容器中保存。
1.2. 干燥剂的装填
将干燥筒密封盖旋开,加入约3/4体积的具有充分干燥能力的变色硅胶(颗粒状),然后将密封盖旋紧即可。
1.3. 检查仪器功能
选择干燥、避阳处,将仪器放置平稳。确认电源为交流220V后,接通电源线,打开电源开关,面板开关指示灯亮,检查显示器、键盘、采样泵等是否正常。
2. 仪器连接
2.1. 连接取样管与主机
将主机面板上的两个“DP” 接嘴用橡胶管(φ4×7)与取样管上的“皮托管接嘴”相连:皮托管面向气流方向的接嘴连接到“+”端,背向气流方向的接嘴连接到“-”端。
将干燥筒的出气嘴与面板上标有“烟尘”的接嘴用橡胶管(φ8×14,0.4米)相连;缓冲筒的进气嘴用橡胶管(φ8×14,6米)与烟尘取样管的气路接嘴相连,干燥筒与缓冲筒橡胶管(φ8×14,0.4米)相连。
2.2. 加装滤筒
记下滤筒编号,将滤筒装入取样管,旋紧压盖。
3. 开机
确认仪器连接正常后,打开仪器电源开关,液晶屏点亮,仪器进入初始状态,进行自检,并显示仪器名称、版本号等信息,自检结束显示主菜单。显示如下:

按光标键移动菜单条,选中相应菜单按 确定 键执行,或直接按菜单条对应的数字键,即可进行相应操作。
4.参数设置-LB-70C自动烟尘烟气分析仪
执行主菜单“1. 设置”菜单项,显示如下:

进行必要的参数设置,包括测试员号等。准备修改哪一项内容则应选中相应的菜单项,仪器进入参数修改状态,用▼或▲ 键移动光标,按数字键完成修改后按 确定 保存。
5.5含湿量测量
执行“4.湿度”菜单,屏幕显示如下,提示用户选择测量或输入湿度。

确认气路连接好,将含湿量温度取样器的信号线插入TS/XSW信号接口;将含湿量温度取样器的水杯加水至刻度线,执行“1. 测量含湿量>”菜单,仪器将自动测量干、湿球温度,从而计算出烟气湿度,屏幕显示如下:

当湿度稳定在一定数值上,执行“0返回”菜单或按 0 键,仪器测量完毕。
如需输入湿度,执行“2. 输入含湿量”菜单,光标将停在数字上,可用数字键修改数值,完毕后按 确定 键保存,按 0 键返回主菜单。

1 preparation before work
1.1. cartridge pretreatment and weighing
Use the pencil to filter the cylinder number, bake in 105~110 oven for 1 hours, remove it and put it in the dryer. With the sensitivity of 0.1mg balance weighing, two times the weight of the difference is not more than 0.5mg, into a special container to save.
1.2. desiccant filling
The drying cylinder sealing cover unscrew, silica gel with about 3/4 volume with sufficient drying capacity (granular), then the sealing cover is screwed down.
1.3. check instrument function
Choose to dry, avoid the sun, the instrument placed smoothly. After confirming that the power supply is AC 220V, turn on the power cord, turn on the power switch, and the panel switch light is on.
2 instrument connection
2.1. connection sampling tube and host
The two "P" and the host panel connected with the rubber tube mouth (4 x 7) and sampling tube "pitot pipe spigotjoint connected: pitot tube connecting nozzle for gas flow direction is connected to the" + "end, back to the direction of flow nozzle connected to the" - "end.
The drying cylinder outlet nozzle and panel marked "cigarette smoke" with a rubber hose (8 x 14, 0.4 m) is connected with the rubber tube; the air inlet nozzle buffer tube (8 x 14, 6 m) is connected with the gas dust sampling tube spigot, dryer and buffer rubber tube (8 x 14, 0.4 m).
2.2. cartridge
Write down the cartridge number, the cartridge into the sample tube, the gland.
3 boot
After the instrument is connected properly, turn on the power switch of the instrument, the LCD screen is turned on, the instrument is in the initial state, and the self inspection is performed, and the name of the instrument and the version number are displayed. Show as follows:

Press the cursor keys to move the menu bar, select the corresponding menu by pressing the key to perform, or directly by the corresponding number of the menu bar, you can do the corresponding operation.
4 parameter settings
The main menu "1 settings" menu item is displayed as follows:

5.5 moisture content measurement
To perform the "4 humidity" menu, the screen is shown below,

Confirm gas path connection, signal line the humidity temperature sampler is inserted into the TS/XSW signal interface; water moisture content temperature sampler will add water to the scale line, the implementation of the "1 measuring moisture content > menu, the instrument will automatically measure the dry and wet bulb temperature to calculate the flue gas humidity, the screen display is as follows:

When the humidity is stable at a certain value, perform the "0 return" menu or press the "0" button.
If you need to enter the humidity, the implementation of the "2 input moisture content" menu, the cursor will stop on the number, the number keys can be used to modify the value, and then press the OK key to save, press the 0 key to return to the main menu.
