杯上样扩大了用PROTEAN IEF 电泳仪进行向电泳的应用范 围。这种上样方法提高了极端pH 等电点蛋白分离的分辨率。这款使 用方便的一次性上样杯能上样150 μl 样品。可移动电极灵活地适应7- 24 cm 长的IPG 胶条电泳。杯上样聚焦盘与普通的IEF聚焦盘具有相同 的高容量和高通量，当与pH 7-10、3-6 或窄范围pH 6.3-8.3 的 ReadyStrip IPG 胶条配合使用时，可提高分辨率。

 

用移液器枪头把样品加入到置于IPG胶条上方的一次性上样杯里。
