我公司生产的恒压变量柱塞泵(液压泵) 液压系统内的空气来源,除系统内原有的空气没有排除干净外,较多的是从油箱中进人 液压系统的空气,例如油箱中油量不足,油泵吸油管浸入油中太浅,在进油口处形成旋涡,容易将空气吸人油泵.系统的回油管没有进入有油面以下,会有冲击右面和邮箱壁,在油面产生大量气泡,也容易使空气进入液压系统。还有若油泵的吸油口和系统回油管没有用隔板隔开或靠得太近,回油冲击将油箱内工作液搅动产生泡沫?也容易使油泵吸入空气,吸油管密封性不好也易使空气进入液压系统.
