罗克韦尔自动化新推出用于 Allen-Bradley POINT I/O 系统的 IO-Link 主站和支持 IO-Link的传感器，其功能在检测机器问题并帮助提升机器生产率基础上得到进一步提升。这些功能增强的传感器可简化配置，监视机器健康状况，并通过全局 IO-Link 通信协议实时传输数据和诊断信息。

传统的传感器只会发送有关自己开关状态的信息。如果传感器出现故障，用户只有在下游操作出错时才会发现。支持 IO-Link 的传感器可源源不断地提供来自于生产线的诊断信息，有助于更好地预测维护需求。
