在配油机构运转的配油面间是要承受很高的压力和相当高的相对滑动速度。所以,配油部位的直径就需要尽可能小(配油窗口的中径可以小于柱塞的分布圆直径),还要避免金属直接接触。这样一来,配油窗口、内外密封带的半径便不可随意选取(避免组装时的不统一)。如果内外密封带或配油窗口过宽,就会将缸体推开,漏损剧增,甚至不能工作。

困油现象的危害: 径向不平衡力很大时能使轴弯曲,齿顶与壳体接触,同时加速轴承的磨损,降低轴承的寿命。 消除困油的方法,通常是在两侧盖板上开卸荷槽,使封闭腔容积减小时通过左边的卸荷槽与压油腔相通,容积增大时通过右边的卸荷槽与吸油腔相通。 对称布置的双卸荷槽的位置,应保证如下条件: (a)当困油容积开始由大变小、液体受挤压时,该容积应与压油腔相通。 (b)当困油容积为小时,压油腔应与吸油腔隔开。 (c)当困油容积开始由小变大时,该容积应与吸油腔相通。 (1)对称布置的双矩形卸荷槽--whhmsyy2019lxy
