正义网福建3月25日电(通讯员沈彬 真坚),知假售假的工程师杨某销售注册商标的商品罪被福建省漳州市芗城区检察提起公诉。
杨某原是福建某钢铁有限公司的电器工程师,后来辞职开店经营电器。2010年4月份,该钢铁公司因生产需要向供应商发出购买“施耐德”、“三菱”交流器继电器等产品,当时杨某因采购报价低而中标,钢铁有限公司就和杨某的经营部鉴定了供货合同。
2010年4月至8月间,杨某通过网络联系浙江温州某电器采购中心的段某(另案处理),多次向其购买“施耐德”、“三菱”商标牌的交流继电器、器,然后转卖给该钢铁公司。其中销售“施耐德”商标牌的交流继电器、器计70725元,销售“三菱”商标牌的交流器计9290元。
经“施耐德”电气()投资有限公司鉴定:杨某销售给该钢铁公司的器系“施耐德”注册商标的产品。
