在工作过的配油盘表面常看到在高压区一侧有明显的偏磨现象,偏磨会使缸体与配油盘间摩擦损失增大,泄流增加,油温升高,油液粘性和润滑性下降,而影响到泵的寿命。缸体是一个复杂的受力体,造成偏磨的原因,除了可能有受力不平衡,使缸体发生倾倒。下面就缸体受到的主要力矩进行稳定性分析。

 

空气进入液压系统的另一条途径是从液压系统内低于大气压力的地方渗入。液压系统中常出现低于大气压的地方,例如油泵的吸油管等处。在管路中局部区域由于流速较高,压力也会降低。当系统中产生液压冲击时,由于压力剧烈波动,瞬时压力也可能低于大气压力。
