一、用网线把电脑和PLC连接上。
打开程序及设置
1. 有源程序 从程序打开程序编辑软件CIMPLICITY MachineEdition (me5. 0版本)或proficy Machine Edition (me5. 5版本)，在左边框中，选择manager标签栏，在projects---my computer. 下列出来了已经打开过的程序，找到后双击。如果这个没有，选择filerestore project----，打开对话框，找到程序所在的位置，打开即可，注:必须是*. zip压缩格式的。如果不是压缩格式的，需.压缩，或把程序拷到C:Program FilesCIMPLICITY MachineEditionSecurWORXLocal FrameworX文件夹下，将会在project中看到。
2. 无源程序 从程序打开程序编辑软件CIMPLICITY MachineEdition (me5. 0版本)或proficy Machine Edition (me5.5 版本)，在处理的对话框不选任何程序，点取消，打开file-new project，
在projectname-栏中输入名称， 在project Template 中选择PLC类型，目前我们使用的是GE Fanuc PACSystems RX7i，确定，新建的项目将在manager 中出现，双击打开，在Target1 右键，选properties,打开属性对话框，在physical port中选择Ethernet，在IPAdress中输入PLC网卡的IP地址。

更换CPU
按照步骤-打开程序，在左侧选择Utilities标签框，双击set temporary IP Address，在MAC Address中输入新网卡MAC地址，在电池插槽里，需要把电池拔出来，在IP Address to
set输入原来地址，点set IP即可。
三、上传下载
双击后将进入project标签栏，hardrare configuration 中为硬件配置，logic 中为程序，双击可打开。以项目target1为例，在菜羊中选target-o online with“target1"将启动在线，当前状态就在*下面显示，并且说明是硬件还是程序不对等，如果对等，就不用下了。When online equal, it appears s◆When onine unequal, it appears as爽When onine stop faulted, it appears as鼎.下载: target- -domnload "target1"to PLC上传: target- upload "target1” from PLC

B- amove ComponantR2- oamer2Dglete...DOlSet 8 Active Target黑体字显示为可执行的程序，即当前程序，设置方法:在要作为当前程序的名右键，选set ss active taret 即可。在线后offline commands交成online comands, 如果修改程序，选择online commands-set programer mode， 就可以在线修改程序了，并且可从程序里启动、停止Plc， 命令在onlinecommands，进行程序比较等。
注: Plc正常运行时，上面的三个灯都亮， 如呆亮一个，说明PLC没运行，可能是太热，等- - 会在董新启动。如果上面两个灯亮,下面的enble灯不亮，可能是电压不稳，或突然断电导致，监控显示没运行，处理方法是清理一下内存:选onlinecommands- -cear.,在对话框中选择除硬件配置外的所有选择，确定，然后在置新下载，罩新启动即可
四、子站上传下载
GE的子站也是精要配置的。配好后费要下到子站的通讯模块
里，这是和西门子不同的，下面以下载operation为例。
1.把专门的链接电缆连接电脑率口和子站模块。
2.把operation设为当前激活目标，方法如上。
3.在operation 右键，打开properties 对话框，在physical port中选择通讯端口，如com 3
4.在aditinal configuration 中对端口进行设置，和电脑硬件里一样就行。
5.在operation右键选download to remote IO-- 或upload fromremote IO- 进行上传和下载。
