因此通过在复材结构设计制造阶段应用模拟技术,可以对固化变形进行合理有效地控制。展望复合材料结构模拟技术的应用,无论从原理上,还是从目前空客公司、波音公司已经取得的研究成果上来看,都证明是可行的,而且也达到了*初的目标:缩短研制周期,降低生产成本,实现复合材料结构的整体化和设计/制造一体化。因此模拟技术是进行变形预测及控制的有效途径,在复合材料结构件制造过程的应用前景广阔,但是其应用的基础是兼顾各类变形因素的计算方法的建立以及合理的模拟流程的开发,并利用试验结果修正模拟技术,才能在复合材料结构件制造过程中达到控制变形的目的。
