避免气蚀现象发生的考虑

为了避免歧视现象的发生,常常使液氧在进泵时有一个过冷度,以减少泵内液体汽化的可能。如果提高液氧泵的进口压力,就提高了液氧的饱和温度,使液氧有一定的过冷度。一般是降低液氧泵的安装位置,以提高液氧泵的进口压力(即使液氧进口处有一定的静压头),同时使过冷度提高(设计时考虑过冷度为6℃~10℃)。例如,主冷凝蒸发器液氧的压力为0.04MPa时,其饱和温度为94K,当液氧泵进口压力由于液柱的静压而增加为0.09MPa时,其饱和温度为97K,相当于液氧获得了3℃的过冷度。此外,在操作中也应加以注意:液氧吸附器在启用前应预冷,直至放出液体时为止;在关闭其旁通阀时不要操之过急等等。汽蚀现象一但产生,则应立即排气,以保证液氧泵安全运转。为了提高液氧泵的抗汽蚀能力,在结构上目前均采用在工作轮前面安置螺旋式或轴流式诱导轮的方法HCS02.1E-W0054-A-03-NNNV

目前,智慧工厂正成为制造业发展的重要节点和目标。一方面,工业生态的完善让物联网、信息技术与制造技术高度融合,为智慧工厂实现提供了技术支撑。同时,伴随人口红利逐步消失、绿色制造要求趋严等系列因素的倒逼,制造业只有依靠技术进步和升级自动化生产装备,才能提升生产制造综合竞争力,这恰好与智慧工厂的理念不谋而合。所以,智慧工厂是制造业产业升级的必然选择。
