有时,仪表工作较长时间,或在夏季工作环境温度较高时就会出现故障,关机检查正常,停一段时间再开机又正常,过一会儿又出现故障。这种现象是由于个别IC或元器件性能差,高温特性参数达不到指标要求所致。为了找出故障原因,可采用升降温法。
所谓降温,就是在故障出现时,用棉纤将无水酒精在可能出故障的部位抹擦,使其降温,观察故障是否消除。所谓升温就是人为地将环境温度升高,比如用电烙铁放近有疑点的部位(注意切不可将温度升得太高以致损坏正常器件)试看故障是否出现。
