关系的一次锻炼。大学作为一个“熔炉”，为我们提供了许多培养社会经验的机会，但是相对

于社会生产关系而言，我们却知之甚少。而生产关系的认识又是我们事业发展不得忽视的。

因此，适当处理协作关系是我们能够开展事业的关键。 其次：对于学校而言，学校作为社会人才的培养单位，有义务和责任为学生提供学和

实践的条件。生产实践作为学校人才培养的重要环节，是学校建立学生-社会-学校三线

一体的一个重要举措。生产实过程中学生需遵守学校生产实规定和要求，并能够按时完

成老师布置的工作，如做好笔记，完成机器图的绘制，实报告等。学校在生产实中通过
