与掺石灰膏砂浆的抗压强度相比,同等级砂浆的728d均要高出许多;不仅如此,抗渗压力也较掺石灰膏砂浆的高,这正是膨润土复合外加剂的综合结果,膨润土具有保水增稠作用的同时还具有强度,保证了强度的稳定增长;此外,膨润土也具有吸水膨胀的作用,将砂浆中的微孔填充了,起到了密实的作用,这即为砂浆抗渗性能提高的原因。1.3稠化粉建筑砂浆的变形性能研究掺稠化粉砂浆试件的干燥收缩和水中自有膨胀试验见表5表5的结果表明,掺膨润土砂浆具有微膨胀的作用。d干燥收缩率较低。中自由膨胀率在.1%~.2%,而且随膨润土掺量的提高有降低的趋势。同等级砂浆相比来看,掺膨润土砂浆的干燥收缩要低于掺稠化粉砂浆的,而水中自由膨胀率要大于掺石灰膏砂浆的,说明了掺膨润土砂浆具有更好的稳定性。1.4稠化粉建筑砂浆的抗冻性研究试验结果见表6试验结果表明:同等级相比,就后期强度的增长而言,掺稠化粉砂浆的增幅要高于掺石灰膏砂浆的增幅,表面了稠化粉在砂浆后期强度增长中发挥了作用。
