河东液压泵全新A10VSO140DFR1-31RTiO2用量在7.5%时,其耐火时间*长。在实际过程中,也发现当TiO2的用量在7.5%时,形成的是一个低膨胀率高强度炭化层,发泡效果较好,泡沫层也相当致密,耐火性能优越。当TiO2的用量低于7.5%时,耐火时间随着用量的增加而延长,这是因为TiO2对涂料的强度有很大的贡献,且TiO2不会像有机物那样变为气体逸出,使膨胀发泡层保持有效的骨架成分,增加了燃烧后炭质层的强度,使涂层经久耐烧;当其用量过7.5%时,随着TiO2用量的增加,耐火时间却变短了,这是因为虽然TiO2的加入在增加炭质层的强度的同时,过多的添加却了涂层的膨胀,使得炭质层的强度的同时,过多的添加却了涂层的膨胀,使得炭质层气孔大小不均匀,密度增大,热导率相应增加,影响了涂层的防火性能。

两者在骨料上确实可以做到相差无几,抛开设备和技术的因素,区分这两种人造石的关键就在于这个配料了。传统有机人造石传统人造石的配料通常采用有机粘接剂(主要成分为树脂胶水等)来压制合成,其优点非常明显:树脂含量越高,抗弯折性能越好,如同亚克力一般,弯折不易断裂,不易破损;提高了产品的通透性(透光率),比如市面常见的人造玉石等透过效果;提高了产品的密度,吸水率更低,密封性更强;提高了材料的可加工性,更容易加工,还可以做得更薄、更轻;树脂成分越多,越容易调配出各种纹路夸张的花色,并带有塑料的质感;传统人造石往往采用有机颜料和点缀物来调配花色,有机颜料通常具有较高的着色力,颗粒容易研磨和分散、不易沉淀,容易调配出丰富多彩的花色,而且颜色饱和艳丽,非常抢眼。
